The Role: Senior Financial Adviser
As a Senior Financial Adviser, you will take ownership of an established client base while continuing to build long-term relationships through high-quality advice and exceptional service. You’ll work within a supportive, well-resourced environment that allows you to focus on advice, strategy and client outcomes — not admin.
You will also play an influential role within the broader advice team, contributing to standards, mentoring and the ongoing evolution of the advice offering.
Key Responsibilities
Provide holistic, strategic financial advice aligned to client goals and values
Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of advice clients
Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and outcomes
Work closely with associate advisers, paraplanners and client services teams
Maintain the highest standards of compliance and professionalism
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of advice quality and processes
About You
You are a confident, client-focused adviser who values independence, quality advice and long-term relationships.
You will bring:
Experience as a Financial Adviser within a professional advice firm
Strong technical and strategic advice capability
