Description
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Director of Marketing in executing KUKA HOME North America’s national retail marketing initiatives. This hands-on, creative role leads the design and production of marketing assets for national retail and private label brands, including product launches, digital campaigns, advertising, packaging, and social media. The ideal candidate is a creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, turning strategy into compelling visuals that drive engagement and growth.
Note: This is a hybrid position that will be primarily remote but requires periodic travel throughout the year for High Point and Las Vegas Markets, as well as in-person customer and internal meetings through the year.
Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
Planning & Coordination
Develop and implement the annual customer marketing and media plan.
Track marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives on time.
Track campaigns through digital project tracker and monitor performance to through monthly & quarterly reports to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
Asset Management
Direct and develop creative assets production, including product descriptions, enhanced content, imagery/video, packaging, point-of-purchase materials, presentations, etc.
Coordinate domestic photography and video.
Ensure all assets meet retailer requirements and follow brand standards.
Research décor, photography, & design trends to support creative direction
Digital Marketing
Execute day-to-day digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, influencer collaborations, product page optimization, and website updates.
Elevate product storytelling through Syndigo to boost sales and reduce returns.
Develop and manage social media calendar; schedule, publish, and monitor content to ensure brand consistency and drive engagement.
Build and track influencer partnerships that expand reach and strengthen brand connection.
Launch product review programs and leverage insights to enhance overall marketing impact.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
3–5 years of marketing and creative design experience in home furnishings industry
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.), Canva, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM.
Experience with Syndigo and PIM systems (such as Salsify) a plus.
Experience working with third-party vendors (photographers, freelancers, agencies, printers, etc.).
Strong visual design skills and creative eye for furniture and interior design.
Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work remotely, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Must attend High Point and Las Vegas Markets, as well as customer and internal in-person meetings through the year.
