Description
Responsibilities:- Supporting the Corporate Finance team in origination and execution of advisory assignments.
- Managing public company takeovers and mergers.
- Facilitating private treaty acquisitions and divestitures.
- Providing corporate and strategic advisory services.
- Assisting with debt and equity capital raising activities.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the Corporate Finance division of a Big 4 Accounting Firm.
- Candidates with backgrounds in Corporate M&A / Consulting will be also considered.
- Excellent financial modeling expertise.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Highly motivated, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.
